Jenny Bones
Founder of Sister is Jenny Bones, an events and venues specialist with over 15 years’ experience in the field.
Having worked in events her whole career and having had the opportunity to work with some incredibly talented individuals, Jenny recognised the power in ‘the expert’.
Sister is a pool of some of those highly skilled events professionals offering an events consultancy service as well as event management assistance to provide you with the answers to success through events.
As Lead Consultant and Event Producer, Jenny will be your main contact throughout the process and use her range of consultants where applicable.
Prices are project based, so you benefit from not just one expert but potentially a whole host depending on the needs and scale of the brief.
More about Jenny:
After graduating from the University of Surrey with a BA in International Hospitality Management, Jenny launched into the world of events working at Claridge’s Hotel in London, where she received exemplary 5* training in customer service and hospitality. This was the stepping-stone which elevated her into high profile venues and events.
From Claridge’s Jenny moved to the British Academy of Film & Television (BAFTA), and with over 10 years’ experience of successfully developing and leading the event sales team at BAFTA's members' club, 195 Piccadilly, Jenny developed the events offering and revenue year-on-year.
Collaborating with many important stakeholders, committees, and suppliers Jenny produced many high profile events with prestigious clients, including Royalty and many-a celebrity! Event highlights include delivering the annual BAFTA Fundraising Dinner which received nationwide press coverage each year.
Jenny has also worked for numerous events organisations including Reed & Mackay - a business travel and events organisation; Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Club and The Queens Club; as well as many hotels and restaurants across the South East.
Recent consultancy projects in action;
Assisting a North London Catholic Retreat in how they can to use their stunning property and grounds to become a profitable venue offering event space for weddings, conferences, and special occasions
Advising a large Central London new-build on how their co-working property can be designed to also be purpose built to offer flexible spaces for hire; particularly for large-scale events such as press launches, fashion shows, and media events
